Hey Beautiful Beings, Heyyyy!
May this message and practice find you pausing to just breathe. When the world around us feels as though it’s on fire, it can be easy to mistreat ourselves— because everything is amplified and urgent and intense and chaotic...if we allow it to be.
I hope this practice holds you gently—just as you are.
No clinging.
No stressing.
Just being and breathing.
Let the mantra be an anchor in moments of intensity; a soft return to presence, and a quiet reminder that it’s going to be okay. You are going to be okay. You are more powerful than you know.
