How to Feel Good This Week: A Meditation

I invite you to sit and breathe for just four glorious minutes because the world is wild and you deserve to feel grounded and glorious.

Hey Beautiful Beings,

This week, I’m offering you (and me too) a simple but powerful invitation to pause for just four minutes and twenty seconds, take some deep breaths and ask yourself: how do I want to feel today?

This guided meditation is a soft return to center. A moment to close the door on the chaos of this word. A reminder that intention isn’t just about goals, it’s about frequency.

Intention is also a form of manifestation as I talked about in a recent, Substack titled, This is Manifestation. It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are and building from there. It’s about attunement and reclaiming the energy you move through the day with, especially in a world that constantly tries to steal our peace. Not today, Satan!

If you have practiced this one with me before (I can’t remember if I’ve previously shared this because #mombrain), do it again. It’s a good one for daily renewal.

I’m sitting with you, breathing deeply and calling in how I want to feel, breath by breath, moment by moment, day by day.

Inhale.

Exhale.

With love,
Sara

In the mood to journal?

Here are three prompts for you:

  • What energy have I been carrying that isn’t mine to hold? How can I gently release it?

  • Where in my life do I need to protect my peace more fiercely? What boundaries would support that?

  • What would it feel like to move through today with softness instead of urgency?

The comments that you have been sharing?! Chef’s kiss. Thank you for them. Share more with me below: how do you want to feel today and what are you gonna do to support it manifesting?

Also, I love this idea on Substack where maybe you can’t be a paid subscriber just yet but you love the writing and want to bless the writer…I created a link for that called, “ A Love Blessing.” Kinda like a “buy me a coffee” but with extra love infused. Feel free to bless me if my work resonates.
