Will you share with me in the comments how this meditation served you? I’d love to know. For me, I realized that I need to nap when baby naps. Ancient advice that I have ignored. Maybe not napping every day but definitely more often than never. I’m doing a lot. My body is doing a lot. It’s all a lot; caring for new life and a new me. Surrender and compassion is the focus. I can't do it all, especially if I’m exhausted. You feel me?

Keep taking care of yourself. Take inventory of your emotions. Ask your wise Self what is needed for you to elevate any lower vibrational emotions. Listen for the answers and trust them. And most importantly, be gentle and compassionate — do your best not to judge yourself. There is so much to feel right now. Sometimes we gotta breath and just be. Okay?!

Inhale. Exhale.
