Hi beautiful being. I’m Sara Clark. You may be familiar with me as @Saraclarkyoga on the interwebs. Perhaps we’ve known each other for years or maybe we are just now meeting. Either way, it feels really good to connect with you here. Life is incredibly intense, but it's also magical. As a community, we will explore the journey of being a soul having a human experience and the power of our breath to transform and awaken our life’s purpose.

Who is Sara Clark?

I specialize in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breath, and the magic of manifestation. With fourteen years of teaching experience, I am an internationally renowned wellness expert and intuitive life coach. Neuroscience and the mind-body-breath connection greatly influences my work. I weave these practices into my stories and teachings that I’m so excited to share with you.

I now reside in the beautiful country and island of Grenada; an unplanned life change that has proven to be far more magical than anything I could have predicted. I view my surprise move to the Caribbean as a testimony to my mindfulness practices we will explore together. When I am not teaching I’m probably swimming in the ocean, looking up herbal remedies, taking nature walks with my rescue dog, talking to lizards and birds or spending quality time with my friends and with my Love.
