This is Manifestation
It’s not fluffy. It’s not fake. It’s not fast. It’s real and rooted in your breath.
Hello Beautiful Beings,
How art thou? I’ve been breathing through a lot lately. What about you?
Please know that even in my pauses, I am still here, carving out time and energy to actually press send. There’s a lot to say. There are stories that I am excited to tell. And I’m so happy I get to share my words with you today.
As of late I have been…
Mothering a luminous baby who is asking me to evolve in ways I didn’t expect. Coaching and teaching and supporting brilliant minds.
Navigating major life changes while holding space for my own becoming. Putting in place boundaries I never imagined having to create. Searching for in-house nanny support for my magical baby girl who loves being held 24/7, rightfully so. Finding time to dream and rest in the midst of it all.
There’s grief and beauty in this current chapter of my life. Equanimity for real for real. But also power. And what keeps me grounded every day, especially when I feel exhausted, is the breath.
Not the idea of breath. The actual, let me slow down and regulate my nervous system breath. The one that lives in the blood and marrow. The one that pulls me back to myself when I feel untethered. It is my guide. My mirror. My anchor. And in this season of great transformation, it has also become the most accessible portal for manifestation.
What I wrote below is a reminder for me and maybe for you too. Inspired by my online retreat I led in April called Rest + Manifest.
Inhale. Exhale.
Just Breathe.

Manifestation is deeper, and simpler than we’ve been taught.
Because when we simplify, we create focus
and focus creates expansion,
and expansion creates depth,
and depth is where Spirit meets us.
To listen,
to guide,
to direct,
to remind us that we are not alone.
But to go deep, we need focus.
And to focus, we need breath.
The breath is the catalyst.
The co-creator.
The clear channel through which Spirit whispers wisdom, rerouting us gently, preparing and attuning us for blessings to come.
Mainstream wellness wants us to believe manifestation is just about envisioning.
Picture the life. Believe in the goal. Magnetize your dream.
And yes, vision matters.
But what most don’t mention is this:
If your mind and body are not attuned to receiving, the vision will be difficult to manifest.
If you’ve recently experienced heartbreak, trauma, loss, or burnout,
if your nervous system is raw, your hope wavering, your self-belief shaky,
calling in abundance and new blessings may feel impossible.
Because manifestation isn’t about skipping steps. It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are and building from there.
It’s about attunement.
We must start by checking the foundation we want to build on:
How are we speaking to ourselves?
What are we tolerating? What are we afraid to release?
What stories are running in the background?
How are we tending to the moments between the milestones?
And in all of this, the breath is there.
Present, alive, wise, waiting to be heard.
Spirit lives in the breath. Spirit whispers through the breath.
Each inhale is a message.
Each exhale is a clearing.
It’s not a metaphor. It’s literal energy.
It’s life-force intelligence moving through your body.
The breath is how we return to presence.
The breath is how we course-correct in real time. The breath is how we trust our knowing; our inner wisdom.
The breath is how we become alchemists; not someday, but now.
Because this—this moment, this breath—is also manifestation in motion.
When you:
ask yourself how you want to feel when you wake,
breathe through a moment of intensity without collapsing,
place a hand on your heart and speak truth to yourself when you’re overwhelmed,
choose presence over perfection,
look in the mirror and offer kindness instead of critique…
You are practicing.
You are attuning.
You are building your capacity to hold more.
And when what you’ve called in finally arrives not by luck, but by resonance you’ll say:
I did that.
I breathed through it.
I listened to Spirit.
I aligned my energy.
I made room.
I received.
This is manifestation.
Not fluffy. Not fake. Not fast.
But true. Rooted. Embodied. Real.
Manifestation is you making it through a day that you thought would break you, waking with new eyes, more strength and a hopeful heart. You called in that grace, breath by breath. And you will call in more.
Try this before you depart this space:
Take one breath in, and let it fill you.
Pause.
Exhale slowly, and soften your jaw.
Feel the seat beneath you. Feel your feet.
Say quietly:
“I am attuning. I am expanding. I am ready to receive.”
Add on:
Inhale: I clear the noise.
Exhale: I open the channel.
One more:
Inhale: I trust myself.
Exhale: I trust the breath to lead me.
And so it is.
This space will be shifting and expanding soon. Let me get the right caregiver for my baby and just you wait! Help me call in this gentle soul. We currently have what I call a “mother’s helper” who is young and wonderful but comes just part time. More support is needed. I’m learning to ask. I am learning to receive. And I trust that there is more to come.
Inhale.
Exhale
Also, leave a comment below. Your words are needed! We are co-creators in this.
With love,
Sara
Also, I love this idea on Substack where maybe you can’t be a paid subscriber but you love the writing and want to bless the writer…I created a link for that called, “ A Love Blessing.” Kinda like a “buy me a coffee” but with love infused. Feel free to bless me if my work resonated.
Danny this message is everything. So real and human and I am grateful for it. And you are in your practice because you are noticing the resistance. To exhale. Ask your body what it wants you to release. Tell your body it's safe to let go. Let your breath know that you trust it. Let Spirit know that you are listening. I'm right there with you.
Baby and I send warmth your way. Thank you for being here!
Sara, I opened your letter and instinctively took a deep breath out. Isn’t this incredible? Cause honestly, I do know how to breathe and yet, sometimes it feels as if I stop before the exhale. The out breathe. So essential, right?
Love your words. Love your new motherly energy. Love that in some mysterious way I can feel us sharing this next breath. You were amazing before, but may I say baby looks good on you! Sweet kisses and squeezes to both of you. And thank you for this beautiful space. We know that the world needs this. Our children need this. 💞
